JOB DESCRIPTION
To support daily work of HR Department, we have an immediate
opening for the position of HR Officer.
Job Description:
· Update and manage company regulations and internal documents
to ensure compliance with related laws
· Maintain regular contacts and ensure a comprehensive
knowledge of current labor regulations, policies, and procedures of the company
· Manage and keep track of learning and development activities
of HR department and the company
· Manage and schedule meetings with partnered universities and
organizations for office tours, job fairs and internship periods
· Be responsible for various HR reports and other essential
reports of the department
· Other tasks as assigned by HRM
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificates
· Minimum of 2 years working experience with proven experience
in a similar role
· Proficiency in the Vietnamese language, particularly in
drafting documents; Candidates with good English skills will be preferred
· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with an
ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an
ability to collaborate effectively with team members
· High level of integrity in a professional setting
