JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as a class assistant, supporting both students and instructors in English training sessions.
Design posters and materials, prepare logistics for classes, manage enrollment processes, and generate reports.
Collaborate with the team to promote and communicate training programs effectively.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
4th-year student majoring in English Language from a recognized university (IELTS> 6.5 or equivalent).
Strong interest in training and human resource development.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with design or video editing software is a plus.
Strong writing abilities, confident public speaking, and MC skills are considered advantages.
Creative, eager to learn, and persistent in achieving goals.
