JOB DESCRIPTION
Assisting in the planning, implementation and management of the CSO's projects (especially related to Strategy, Sales, and Marketing);
Checking whether the business and marketing models are aligned with the company's policies and requirements;
Synthesizing, analyzing, and storing important business/marketing documents and reports;
Assisting in solving business problems and coordinating marketing activities;
Collaborating with other departments (especially Marketing and Sales) so as to achieve work efficiency;
Evaluating business and marketing activities according to the company's criteria;
Supporting the CSO in note-taking, preparing presentations, and managing the schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Experience working in Marketing, or experience as a project assistant/similar position with a strong understanding of marketing activities;
Excellent English proficiency (4 skills: speaking, writing, listening, reading) to communicate effectively with foreign clients and partners;
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with marketing/management tools;
Customer service mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills.
