We are looking for a candidate to be in charge fully for SotaTek Education's marketing activities. The candidate will be expected to take care of, but not limited to, the following activities:
Operate full-stack marketing activities for SotaTek Education: from planning, execution to reporting.
Build and maintain marketing campaigns and an in-depth tracking system for all assigned products and marketing campaigns across platforms such as Digital Ads, Email, PR, Influencer Marketing, and more.
Generate creative concepts and visual ideas for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences. Create compelling content across all Digital channels, tailored for different audience segments (both normal and ads contents).
Establish partnerships with Tech training centers, educational universities, and tech associations... to promote the company. Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the tech community. Foster, organize and moderate discussions and networking among forum members to increase user retention.
Set up, manage, and track ads across online platforms including Facebook, Google, and other Ad Networks.
Track KPIs of digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics using tracking indicators, and provide insights to adjust and optimize marketing campaigns.
Use and manage marketing tools and software to support campaign execution and tracking.
Research and stay updated on online market trends, monitor competitors' online marketing activities, and propose strategic action plans accordingly.
Participate in offline marketing activities (such as events) when necessary to enhance brand visibility.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, or a related field.
Good at English (both verbal and written).
Knowledge of Korean and Korean business culture is a plus.
More than 2 years of experience in Marketing.
Experience in the education and training industry or in students & universities environment is a major plus.
Familiarity with student, graduate, and professional communities, and the ability to engage these groups effectively.
Proven expertise in professional content creations, content optimization, SEO across different channels.
Self-driven and capable of managing tasks and goals independently, taking on responsibilities similar to a managerial role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within the team and other departments.
Analytical skills to break down complex problems and generate creative, actionable solutions.
Experience in managing digital ads on Facebook and Google platforms.
Experience in building tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio is a plus.

Partner Development:
Identify, establish, and develop strategic partnerships with potential partners both domestically and internationally.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
Ensure that KPIs set by management are achieved.
Partner Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
Monitor the performance of partnerships to ensure agreements are executed in line with commitments.
Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals:
Analyze market trends and research opportunities for new partnerships.
Propose initiatives and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of partner relationships.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
Provide reports on partnership performance and status to management.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.
Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English and Korean) is preferred.
