JOB DESCRIPTION
The Risk Management Intern will support Risk Management team in analyzing and managing risk management issues by assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security or financial success of the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Support in designing and establishing the risk management policies and procedures for the organization, with focus particularly on securities trading product and service.
- Support in managing and supervising the risk management processes to ensure the risk policies and procedures are maintained.
- Support in performing risk assessment to identify and measure and potential risks that are affecting the company.
- Support in developing in systems and tools for gathering and storing data to support monitoring risks.
- Support in complying reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders within the business.
- Perform other duties as directed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good mathematical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance or related field required.
