POSITION OVERVIEW
TDA Corporation is building its own technology solution suite (TDX) for Vietnamese businesses - including tools for recruitment, project management, HR, and internal operations. The product is currently under development and actively gathering market feedback.
We are looking for someone who is willing to go out, talk to businesses, and bring back real insights from the market.
No experience is required. No sales background is needed. Just curiosity, persistence, and the confidence to talk to strangers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Go out, meet businesses, and listen
Approach SMEs and startups via social media, events, and referrals
Talk to them to understand how they operate and the challenges they face
Introduce the TDX product and collect real user feedback
Bring insights back to the product team
Turn insights into value
Summarize findings into clear and useful reports
Join product meetings and share market perspectives
Support early users
Invite businesses to try the product and guide them through onboarding
Collect bugs, feedback, and suggestions for improvement
This is a highly flexible role - no two days are the same. You will learn by doing and be involved in building a product from an early stage.
HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS
There are no sales targets. We care about:
How many businesses have you engaged with
Whether your insights help the product team
Whether any businesses agree to try the product
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
Good communication and active listening skills
Presentable appearance and professional attitude
Comfortable meeting new people and handling rejection
Able to work full-time in Hanoi
Good command of English
Nice to have
Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Trello, Slack, or Lark
Participation in business clubs or startup competitions

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: Negotiable based on capability
Bonuses:
Up to 15 months of salary per year, including:
Fixed annual bonus (pro-rated based on working period)
