JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for procurement activities, including quotations, order tracking, and basic payment procedures (in collaboration with the accounting team)
- Support daily administrative operations such as documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Assist HR in recruitment activities, including job posting and interview/test scheduling
- Perform other tasks assigned by the team
REQUIREMENTS
- Students or fresh graduates in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
