TASKS - ACTIVITIES - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translating documents such as contracts, meeting minutes, bid documents,[protected info] English to Vietnamese or vice versa;
- Interpreting meetings with customers and investors;
- Contact and consult the company's services for customers;
- Assist in set up schedules and book appointments with customers;
- Prepare reports in two languages English and Vietnamese;
- Track the progress of the project, communicate tightly and effectively with international clients on a daily basis, regarding the project's status, schedule, Q&A, etc;
- Support sales department in handling and solving problems related to customers and business partners in English;
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor degree in language, or used to live and study abroad
- Have certificate in English, IELTS 7.0 or higher;
- Proficiency in translation between Vietnamese and English (speaking and writing required)
- Having experience in translating and interpreting English in the construction industry is preferred;
- Having experience in working as a translator in the sales department, or related to the work of the sales department;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
