JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive user adoption, and achieve business objectives.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns targeting key audiences in the web3 industry, utilizing various channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand the unique value propositions of our web3 projects or products, and effectively communicate these to the target audience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, community forums, and online advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the web3 industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes, to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand coherence across all touchpoints.
REQUIREMENTS
+ At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
+ Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency technology, and industry trends.
+ Ability to work under pressure.
+ Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
+ Creative, proactive, and updated with the latest marketing trends.
+ Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
+ Experienced in setting up community accounts such as Telegram, Discord, and X, as well as managing Web3 communities.
+ Strong entrepreneurial spirit, passionate and enthusiastic.

+ 1 month probationary period, 85% salary. Lunch allowance after signing the labor contract

REQUIREMENTS
Experienced in connecting and signing with new projects, KOLs using the company's services
2 years of experience in the market.
1.5 years in a similar position.
Proven ability through sales results.
Good networking skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Good English skills as the role requires working with foreign partners.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Proactive and goal-oriented in work.
