JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop new customers for warehouse leasing and operation services, domestics
transport and international freight forwarding;
- Make plans to approach and increase new and potential customers;
- Keep and maintain long-term relationship with customers;
- Prepare quotation, sales contract and other supporting documents;
- Other tasks as assigned by the sales director or sales manager;
REQUIREMENTS
- English or Japanese; business communication level;
- At least 3 years of sales experience in logistics companies (prefer in logistics
service);
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Contract logistics, forwarding, 3PL;
- Strong communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
BENEFITS
- Salary: Fixed Salary + Commission

- Annual salary increases;
- Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday); 8:00 - 12:00 (Every other Saturday)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create invoices/packing lists and handle import/export customs clearance.
- Place orders with suppliers based on customer orders and forecasts.
1/ Process sales orders
2/ Process purchase order
3/ Inventory management
4/ Process delivery, import-export procedures
5/ Update and maintain the database
6/ Administrative job (if any)
REQUIREMENTS
- Japanese level N3 or above, can communicate easily in English via email
- Have experience in import/export work
- Knowledge of the creation of invoice/packing list and import/export customs clearance.
- Experience in placed orders with suppliers based on customer orders and forecasts
