With the fruitful development of Gear Inc., we are looking for 2 Part-time Receptionist to work in Ha Noi who is responsible for providing visitor, secretarial and administrative support.
The potential candidate will cover the following responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Assist or direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
• Maintain security by following procedures.
• Assist in the planning and preparations of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment, the purchase of office equipment and other equipment.
• Coordination of administrative tasks.
• Coordination of construction work.
• Assist the management and other staff as requested.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
• Working Hours
  • Morning shift: 7.30 AM - 12 PM, from Monday to Friday.
  • Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM, from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Fair good command of English
• Good and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of email, MS Office
• Be responsible, trustworthy, careful and organized
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented and supportive attitude
• Candidates who can work 2 shifts per day are welcome
