JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, build, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Develop and maintain social media presence and maximize community presence.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create on-brand, high-quality marketing assets.
Monitor and identify marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's goals and maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in English (IELTS overall score of 6.5 or higher is preferred).
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing and social media.
Experience in community building and content creation for social channels is an advantage.
Experience with email marketing platforms and automation is a plus.
Basic understanding of technology and eCommerce is preferred.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
