Mô tả công việc:
Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước (Công An, UBND, Quản lý thị trường, các Sở Ban Ngành,...) khi có yêu cầu kiểm tra phương tiện giao hàng và kho hàng.
Phụ trách liên hệ, trao đổi và giải thích thông tin; ký kết các văn bản, giấy tờ theo yêu cầu của cơ quan Chính phủ liên quan đến vận chuyển hàng hóa bằng phương tiện giao thông hoặc lưu hàng hóa trong kho bãi.
Phối hợp làm việc với cơ quan công an điều tra, thu thập thông tin, chứng cứ để xử lý các trường hợp gian lận (nếu có)
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan trong hệ thống như khối Vận hành, bộ phận Pháp chế, Tài chính - Kế toán, Nhân sự để giải quyết các khiếu nại, khiếu kiện (nếu có)
Phối hợp làm việc với cơ quan Cảnh sát phòng cháy và chữa cháy tại địa phương về việc việc chấp hành các quy định về phòng cháy và chữa cháy tại các kho/bưu cục.
Một số việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các cơ quan đại diện chính quyền (ít nhất 06 tháng)
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
Tinh thần sẵn sàng học hỏi và sẵn sàng di chuyển khi được yêu cầu

B. Operations Excellence Associate
Mô tả công việc:
Build dashboard, report, tracker to control the KPI and monitor it daily;
Campaign preparation and take action on time, follow backlogs... ;
Develop a deep understanding of delivery company & actively identify operational issues;
Active to propose an improvement, prevent plans as well as give innovations to make it better;
Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline;
Ensure that the project status, issues, or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately;
Work closely with Operation team and KAM team to grasp the Operation's problem and update customers promptly

In charge of recruitment administrative tasks related to inputting candidate information, receiving, storing and managing input records and employee data as well as other daily paperwork tasks
Handle contracts with partners, make payments related to recruitment expenses
Responsible for managing job portals and job postings
Respond to inquiries, complaints and requests from candidates, departments and recruiting staff as needed
Support to welcome new staff on their onboarding days

Mô tả công việc:
Reconcile data between ShopeePay system and Partner system daily
Make payment request to Partners daily. Prepare internal reports monthly
Reconcile and repare reconciliation minutes with Partners monthly
Monitor and cross-check system reports to ensure their accuracy, consistence, timely detecting system error, minimizing lost
Co - ordinate with other departments to check and resolve the problem related to customers' e-wallet balance
Take part in new projects
Other adhocs task, internal reports as needed
Yêu cầu công việc:
Background: University Graduate, Data, Accounting, Finance and Banking are advantages
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, in payment service is preferred
Language skill: Good command of English (4 Skills)
Computer Skill: Microsoft software (Excel, Access). SQL, Python is preferred
Others: Number sense, Strong attention to detail, Flexibility to changes, Proactive and dynamic communication
