About the role...
We're seeking Scheduling and Timekeeping
Coordinators. You'll be
responsible for supporting tasks within both the local and global service
center. Key responsibilities will include attendance and real-time support
functions, as well as preparation and tracking for the weekly and bi-weekly
payroll and ad hoc reports upon request. You will be supported by a highly
experienced team of managers and team leaders to ensure you have the knowledge
and training you need to succeed.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitor real time performance for each LOB, including
but not limited to: Attendance, Timekeeping Compliance, Staffing Attainment
and Staffing Requirements
Prepare various reports on staff attendance and
performance for timekeeping and client billing
Communicate with Operations teams regarding missing
headcount and issues with Timekeeping compliance
Maintain running report of attendance, technical,
coverage anomalies and any real time incidents
Process management requests for modifications of
scheduling events and ensures the process is being followed by the entire
operation and WFM team (meetings/training, etc.).
Provide administrative support for Workforce Management
and Timekeeping systems, including password changes and user id updates
Provide analytical support for special projects,
including Ad Hoc reports as needed
Communicate and work with staff members, management,
Human Resources, and Accounting
Perform any other related duties as required or
assigned.
REQUIRMENTS:
Experience in building and developing reports
in Excel
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to
detail
Excellent skills in communication with high
level of English proficiency
