Role Description
FPT Digital is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented intern to join our growing HR team. In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and help us attract top talent to FPT Digital.
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process
Maintain accurate candidate databases and update records throughout the recruitment process
Generate reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting FPT Digital's company culture and career opportunities on social media
Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as drafting interview questions and scheduling onboarding activities
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Passion for talent acquisition and HR practices
