Position: Buddy Assistant
Location: No 7, Lane 3, Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
Work time: Full-time Office hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Workdays: Weekdays (Monday - Friday) Travel: Moderate
Salary: 7 - 10M (negotiate depend on reality experiences)
Language: Vietnamese, English
FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):
Buddy Assistant provides executive, administrative, and development support to Buddy Manager. The Buddy Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Buddy Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
A. 65% - Buddy Management
Buddy Recruitment: Networking, joining fairs & events, pitching.
Buddy Personal Training Programs: Manage the Buddies development through continuous monitoring and performance reviews.
Buddy Arrangement: arrange local buddies to go on tours.
Monitor and supervise the progress of work related to Buddy Department
B. 25% - Other duties as requested by TUBUDD
Perform other duties on behalf of Tubudd.
Receive and implement company's instructions down to the buddies.
Take part in every internal activities.
C. 10% - Reporting & Analysis
Prepare periodic results reports to Buddy Manager and CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.
Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint; data management systems knowledge helpful.
Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
Time-management, and problem-solving skills are a plus.
Fluent in one foreign language.

● In charge of selling for services: visa services, retreat trips, customized trips, kids' trips, buddy services for Korean customers.

Proven experiences as a salesperson is a plus
