Open Source, ethical, and customer-centric solutions. We are supporting our clients towards digital
independence, allowing them to break away from proprietary IT Giants.
We are deploying our Open Source expertise across the world, and within the most innovative Cloud and
Infrastructure projects. The company has offices in France (Paris, Marseilles, Lyon and Toulouse), Canada
(Montreal), US (San Francisco), Belgium (Brussels), Vietnam (Hanoi) and Tunisia (Tunis).
LINAGORA Vietnam was established in 2015, with the mission of "Building a sustainable digital economy
for Vietnam!". We are conducting various projects with local government and are offering continuously
training programs to Vietnamese IT Engineers on Open Source Technology. The company is fully devoted to
contributing to the construction of Vietnam digital economy and the development of Vietnam digital
academy.
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern for our Hanoi subsidiary in Vietnam.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Hiring: build up source candidates; post job on job boards, career pages, and social networks; screen
resumes; schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers, make reports & statistics
Participating in HR & Admin executive & management tasks, including C&B, HR & Admin
policies, employee relationship
Participating in organization the internal events and implementing the internal communication
activities
REQUIREMENTS
4th-year students, major: HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Having a passion for HR mission
Good communication skills
Good English and computer skills
Proactive, careful , sociable
