JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct research to gather data on hotel benchmarks, competitors, and market trends.
Analyze collected data and prepare summaries or reports for team discussions.
Support in comparing company performance with industry standards.
Assist in creating presentations or documentation based on benchmarking insights.
Collaborate with team members to provide actionable recommendations.
Maintain organized records of benchmarking data and reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Experience: No prior experience required, but a keen interest in research and data analysis is preferred.
Education: Senior students about to graduate
