JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Brief:
Our Valuation team is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to conduct market research, interact with clients, and use financial data to create financial valuations and reports.
Your Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality real estate valuation and feasibility study reports. This includes collecting project information, site inspections, market research, modelling, reviewing, writing reports, and liaising with clients and other third parties.
• Allocate and review tasks performed by financial analysts and interns. You will also be involved in the recruitment process.
• Maintain, develop, and network with existing and potential clients.
• Manage our clients' requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare capability statements, proposals, contracts, marketing material and high-quality blog content.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Valuations/ Real Estate.
• At least 3 year-working in finance and/ or other related field (like real estate, corporate finance, financial advisory, or auditing experience, etc.)
• Professional certificates (RICS, MOF Valuers, CFA etc.) are preferred.
• Proficient in English (IELTS over 7.0 or equivalent, internationally educated).
