Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Job type: Full time employee

Reports to: Customer Experience team lead

Location: Floor 6, PVI building, 154 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi

Working time: 8h00 - 17h30 (Monday - Saturday)

We're looking for a results-driven Customer Experience Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to actively build professional relationships with the customer, engage with them and help resolve their issues digitally (via phone calls / Zalo messages).

Key accountabilities:

Make the daily assigned calls and attend to retailers' incoming calls
Through the calls, understand the customers' concerns and problems
Independently solve their issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to your supervisor
Pitch new offers / campaigns to the customers
Provide trustworthy feedback and insights from customer engagement
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in telesales or a similar role is mandatory
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese
