JOB DESCRIPTION
Issue and follow documents in internal systems: IBOM, VISUCO
Follow up on the development of new models: part lists, drawings, and inform related parties
Create and follow up on the progress of part lists and drawings for current and new models
Contact other companies like SIM, SMC, and suppliers for technical support
Support QA/QC, Production Control, Service,... in related jobs
Check changes (1 time/month)
Localize
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate with a major related to Engineering/ Mechanical
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Basic English communication
Can read technical drawing
Negotiation, Communication

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the performance of dealers in charge to achieve dealers' market share target and sales volume target
Understand the market to propose product ratio in dealer firm/forecast order & stock management
Forecast & manage retail sales, wholesales & stock levels of dealers
Collect information from the market (competitors, economic situation, and trends as well as current affairs), grasp the situation of dealers to report internally, and propose action plans to achieve the sales target
Convey the company's sales and marketing strategies to dealers and guide them to implement them accordingly
Guide, support & evaluate dealers' operation according to Suzuki 3S Standards
Implement sales training for dealers' sales team
Receive & process requests of dealers. Resolve customers' feedback related to dealer business
Evaluate business plans of new dealer candidate
Update the candidate application list and confirm the progress of construction and sales preparation status
Other tasks as assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Have at least 1 year of experience in the industry of Motorcycle/Electric Bike/Automobile/FMCG
Graduate from College or higher
Be good at Microsoft Office
Be able to communicate in English
Be ready for business trips
Be able to attend the training in Ho Chi Minh for at least 01 month (supported by the Company)
