WHAT WE CAN OFFER

13th month salary, KPI Bonus;
Annual Performance Review;
Internal Discount for employees (-50%) when dining at 4P's stores (Pizza 4P's, Ippudo, About Life Coffee, etc.);

Working time: 9:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday);

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Admin tasks (60%)
• Order Stationery, Medicines, Laundry, Uniform, Pest Control, Cleaning, Gardener, Travel bookings Hotel, Ticket, EMS...
• Print survey, poster, menu, certificates, name card.
Reception & Documentation (30%)
• Service contracts, Tracking Guarantee Paper, Letter in/out, Notarization
Deal with internal and external parties (internal departments, regulators, external counsel, local and relevant governments) where required to ensure business meets regulatory standard and manage risks
Others tasks as assigned from direct supervisor

ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!

College graduate or higher level of finance/ accounting, secretary, business administration or related;
College graduate or higher level of finance / accounting, secretary, business administration or related
03 year of admin experience
Positive mindset, self-driven;
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Integrity, sincere, trustworthy, persuasive;
Knowledge of office/ stores practices and procedures, technician knowledge is advance
