We are seeking Graduates who have completed their BS/BA/MA/MSc/PHD studies between 2022 and 2023 with Degrees including:
Information Technology
Telecommunication/ Computer Networking
Computer Science
ICT / Computer / Software Engineering
Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering
Data Analytics / Business Analyst / Finance Analyst

Program Overview
12-month program
4-week induction and onboarding course
Rotations will be offered across Network Operations.
Program is open to soon to be graduates and those who have received their qualification within 18 months.
You will:
Identify key project process requirements, accomplishments, tollgates, and customer inputs, then prescribe their precise order and interdependencies in collaboration with the Customer Project Manager (CPM).
Assist CPM with specialized knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and analysis, as well as project status reporting
Ensure operational plans and financial plans are in sync with CPM
Administer the tools for project management. Maintenance and enhancement of existing data processing and visualization systems utilizing commercial platforms including Tableau and Power BI.
Monitor & improve project performance
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
High level academic achievement (academic transcripts or summary of results to date must be included)
Evidence of leadership roles and achievements at school, University or in outside interests would be highly regarded
Candidates must be completing their initial degree or honors level qualification by the end of 2023.
Candidates completing higher-level qualifications will also be considered.
Highly Regarded Experience:
Knowledge in Telecommunication networks
Knowledge in Project Management skills. Earning a certification of completion of any Project Management course would be an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Cultural awareness.
Strong grasp of financials and ability to analyze
Hands-on IT and Microsoft software: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform
Proficiency with the English Language
Double Degrees including finance & business would be highly regarded
