Job description
Provide assist to HR & Admin team in handling assignments;
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;
Perform data entry and scan documents;
Perform HR functions, such as recruitment, sourcing, and screening of candidates;
Develop and complete internal HR processes and documentation;
Orders, receives, and organizes materials and supplies;
Support paperwork including contract, payment and bookkeeping procedures;
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
Final year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
You have a good command in English;
You have a strong interest in HR administration;
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
Capacity to multi-task and be flexible;
Ability to work as part of a team;
