JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify new sales prospects through networking and develop them into long-term partnerships.
Lead the sales cycle for Safebooks, from acquiring clients to finalizing deals.
Present products including Safebooks, e-Invoice Processing platform,... and services to potential customers.
Maintain follow-up with clients throughout the sales process to understand their evolving needs.
Provide professional post-sale support to enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with the Manager/Director to create detailed business plans aimed at increasing sales and improving the sales process.
Manage and participate in networking events such as trade shows, user conferences, and sales seminars organized by both internal and external parties.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 0-3 years work experience in solution sales/
business development/pre-sales.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, clients and external partners.
Understanding of Finance - Accounting Platform, ERP system is a plus.
Growth mindset and positive attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers, existing customers, and distributors.
Proactively reach out to customers to renew contracts and address any inquiries or concerns.
Foster strong relationships with customers and partners.
Handle customer and distributor issues promptly and efficiently to minimize negative impact on the sales team.
2/ Sales Support:
Allocate necessary resources to sales representatives and distributors.
Collect and disseminate sales-related information to the sales team.
Monitor sales performance and profitability.
3/ Administrative Tasks:
Assist the Sales Manager, Sales Director, and
Marketing Manager in developing and tracking sales - marketing plans.
Draft promotional campaigns, customer care programs, and loyalty initiatives as directed by the Sales Director.
Expedite customer payments and manage accounts receivable.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
