JOB DESCRIPTION
Paralegal and Translator Tasks:
Doing legal Research;
Translating legal documents (Vietnamese - Japanese);
Preparing, reviewing, and revising various documents and conducting various legal research regarding the above;
Providing internal consulting to other departments in AGS if directed, requested, or admitted by the director or legal manager;
Cooperating with and supporting the director and legal manager in developing our legal and labor services;
Providing various materials such as educational materials, materials for internal/ external seminars, newsletters, and any other ones requested by the director or legal manager;
Educating staff in the legal department and other departments with your knowledge and experience;
Interpreting and Assisting Vietnamese colleagues and Japanese leaders and any other tasks from the manager's instruction.
2. Gatekeeper tasks:
Draft and manage contracts;
Make and send debit notes and AR confirmation letters;
Manage client's information (update and follow contract terms, payment terms, debit notes, invoices, AR/AP documents);
Other tasks as direction.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year students or recent graduates from universities majoring in Law, Japanese, or related fields;
Japanese Certificate equivalent to JLPT N3 or above;
Work well with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...);
Good working attitude and diligence;
Have a high sense of responsibility;
Have an interest in working with Japanese clients and managers.
BENEFITS
Salary: 320 - 600 USD per month;
