POSITION TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE/OFFLINE INTERN
Vigofit is seeking Customer Service Online/Offline Intern, who will be largely responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and improving service efficiency. You are required to assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Report to: Manager

1/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1/ Online:
Receive and answer customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, social media, etc.
Support customers in placing orders, making payments, and returning products/services.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Collect customer feedback to improve product/service quality.
1.2/ Offline:
Welcome and support customers directly at the store.
Answer customer questions about products/services.
Advise customers on choosing the right product/service.
Cashier and checkout for customers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
2/ REQUIREMENTS:
2.1/ An ideal candidate should demonstrate these qualities:
An eagerness to learn and develop.
Humble, respectful, responsible, and grateful.
Organizing and time management.
Strong writing skill.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and result-oriented.
Experience in customer service is an advantage.
Proficient in using office computers, the internet, and related software.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and basic English communication skills (preferred).
Preferred candidates are based in Ho Chi Minh City.
2.2/ Academic requirements:
You must be above 18 years of age.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related fields.
