JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Product Management
Assist in researching market trends to understand customer needs and preferences.
Support in maintaining and updating product assortments following company policies.
Monitor sales data and stock levels to provide insights for optimization.
2. Supplier Coordination
Assist the Category Manager in maintaining supplier relationships, including contract terms and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, and pricing.
Follow up on promotional activities with suppliers and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
3. Promotion Support
Contribute ideas for promotion plans and assist in implementing campaigns.
Liaise with the Marketing team to align promotional materials and messages.
4. Administrative and Cross-Team Coordination
Help organize documentation and communication with stores regarding pricing, goods quality, and supplier issues.
Collaborate with other Category Managers to align goals and share feedback on campaigns.
Support accounting processes related to invoices, payments, and debt settlement.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Prepare periodic reports on pricing, sales, and stock levels.
Provide detailed analyses to assist in decision-making for product selection and promotional strategies.
