JOB DESCRIPTION
Client database updates.
Assist colleagues draft and prepare proposals, letters, etc.
Support team in daily work and events.
Liaise between team, landlord and customers.
Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
Prepares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments under direct supervision
Prepare and proceed paper work like leasing contract, annex, notice send and recieve of tenants
Prepare and analyze assigned reports
Working Time: From Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Location: 163, Phan Dang Luu St, Ward 1, Phu Nhuan Dist, Ho Chi Minh City
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's/College's degree or any relevant Economics, Languages, Finance
Language: Fluent English communication
Office skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams...)
Duration: Willing to take a 6-month internship.
