JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Involve in recruitment activities based on recruitment need.
Communicate with clients' representative to understand recruitment needs and arrange for interviews to make sure services deliver smoothly.
Ensure search and place right candidates effectively and on time.
Search & recruitment new hire and replacement as required by outsourcing clients.
Actively monitor the recruitment trend and well - prepared the source for upcoming projects.
Co-operate with account management group of on boarding process.
Tracking the candidate database periodically.
Manage full process of recruitment activities onsite and offsite, such as post jobs, build the database of qualified candidates according to relevant job requirement, screen and search, select short list of candidates, organize online test, interview/ assessment and negotiate with selected candidates to supply right person in the right position by deadline.
Contact, discuss and negotiate with candidates about selection, offer package.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Take part in various activities including online and offline to broadcast brand name of Company for attracting talents, attend and coordinate job fairs, university program, ...
Support some other admin tasks assigned by team leader and upper level.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have at least college's degree HR or related fields.
At least 06 months professional experience in recruitment.
Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Good experience in Outsourcing Service and mass recruitment process is preferable.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Data and contract management
Manage and control master data for all payroll clients, daily update with consultant in charge
Coordinate with consultant to update client's staff profile in both hard and soft copies
Prepare contract, annex of contract, decision... for payroll's staff following to client's template
Filling and record all clients' report relating to payroll, PIT, labor, insurance and employment records
C&B support
Register tax code for new hire, follow up to get Tax code & update into master data
Register dependents for clients' staff, follow up results, update to master data and record supporting documents
Prepare monthly insurance report on time, take responsibility for all kinds of compulsory insurance report and claim Working closely with consultant to make sure these process and report smoothly submitted and approved
Support consultant to follow up private health insurance when necessary
Support consultant to prepare and submit labor report to relevant authorities
Work with relevant authorities to update process and submit reports on time (PIT, Insurance, labor...)
Manage the process of applying visa, work permit, temporary residence card and other admin support to expat of clients
Others
Coordinate with consultants and others to arrange client's activities when request, include annual health check, social activities...
Other admin tasks as assign by supervisor/ manager
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have bachelor's degree
in business administration / economics
Less than one year of professional
experience in administration
Must possess effective communication
skills (written and verbal)
Solid on-site experience
Good experience in administration
Good understand of job arrangement
Intermediate
English skills
