JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
· Assist in managing and preparing/translating internal and external discussion and marketing materials, including responses to proposal/pitch books, due diligence request lists, texts within financial models and other deal-related materials, legal and regulatory documents, company filings, and any other documents upon request
· Coordinate with stakeholders on the KYC process, deal folder management, and documentation
· Assist in managing the workstreams with multiple clients and tracking our large Vietnamese client portfolio for efficient and timely interactions
· Coordinate with relevant sector/industry and product teams across the region on pitch book materials, marketing materials, and general deal execution
· Take minutes of meetings and conduct research and news run upon request
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Qualifications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Working knowledge/translation skills in professional business, commercial, financial, and legal terminology in both English and Vietnamese
· Ability to work under pressure and adherence to deadlines
· Good general knowledge and up-to-date economic and banking knowledge
· Native spoken and written Vietnamese and business-level spoken and written English
· Professional use of MS Office
· Financial background is preferable
