As we continue scaling our business and organizational capability, we are seeking a driven
Talent Acquisition Executive to help fuel this growth through high-quality non-technical recruitment and strong employer brand presence.
I/ WHAT YOU DO
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive who will take ownership of recruitment activities:
1. Hiring & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, networking events).
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Prepare job descriptions and recruitment postings aligned with hiring needs.
2. Employer Branding
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with Marketing/Communication teams to develop recruitment content and campaigns.
Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and recruitment activities.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline quality) to improve hiring efficiency.
