Accounting & Reporting Manager - AP
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. Working Location: ABB Hanoi Office
The work model for the role is: Onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
Process and organize financial data - Handle filing and management of accounting documents and reports on a daily basis
Ensure accuracy and compliance - Verify business transactions, validate vouchers, and review supporting documentation
Support audits and tax compliance - Assist your team in preparing documentation for tax audits
Review expenses - Analyze the validity and legality of traveling expenses and business-related expenditures
Take on additional responsibilities - Contribute to other finance and accounting activities as needed
Qualifications for the role
Senior student or recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Excel competence - Comfortable with V-lookup, INDEX, pivot tables, and data analysis
Strong analytical thinker with excellent conceptual skills
Great team player with solid interpersonal skills
Good English speaker with solid computer literacy
Passionate learner with a "Can Do" attitude and willingness to grow
