Job Responsibilities
Support contract preparation, printing, document arrangement, and submission process
Coordinate with internal teams (BD, Finance, Operation, etc.) regarding paperwork and related documents
Support invoice preparation and document checking
Track and organize contracts, quotations, payment documents, and related files
Handle courier/shipping tasks and follow up on document delivery status
Support data consolidation and administrative tasks when required
Assist in other operation/admin tasks assigned by the leader
Requirements
Able to commit to a full-time internship for approximately 6 months
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or related majors
Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Basic English communication is preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
