I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CBRE seeks an intern for an interesting opportunity to support the work of the Industrial & Logistics Services Department.
Collect, analyse, and organize information for leasing purposes
Apply marketing and digital tools to promote industrial projects
Assist with marketing events; assist with other internal events as requested
Be responsible for communication emails and to support paperwork tasks
Make internal reports, process and proposals
Complete general administrative tasks
II. WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
CBRE internship programs are designed to provide a beneficial relationship between our company and university students, graduates, and post-graduate students. Internships are offered for 3 months and are renewable up to a maximum of 6 months. Our company offers interns an exceptional learning experience in an international organisation and increases their awareness. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:
Work full time from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) (Full-time candidates only)
Senior students or fresh graduates in a Business program or related field are welcome.
Experience is a plus (internship, volunteer, certificates...)
Hard-working, well-organised, enthusiastic and careful.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel...)
Fluent oral and professional writing skills in English are a must.
Fluent in Chinese is a plus
Willing to commit to the internship full-time period for at least 3 to 6 months.

Monthly internship allowance + additional support: parking fee.
