JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of Job Role:
Provide administrative, coordination, and governance support to project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company processes, contractual obligations, and customer requirement
Key Responsibility
Maintain and update project documentation, registers, and records.
Track project milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies.
Support project reviews, governance meetings, and reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with project management processes and quality standards.
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
Monitor project performance and escalate potential issues to
project managers.
Track project expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and approvals.
Support budget monitoring and financial reporting.
Maintain project records and audit documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, customers, suppliers, and internal functions. \
Arrange meetings, workshops, travel, and logistics as required.
Support customer communication and project documentation submission
Others task assigned by Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
English proficient
Good at communication
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel, and project management tools.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
