Working time: Full time
(7.5 hours per day, from Monday to Friday)
Key Accountabilities/
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
1. Pre - Interview: Support HRBP in scanning CVs, invite candidates to interview,
schedule interview timeline, welcome candidates and arrange
equipment during interview
2. Post - Interview: Follow up with interview panel for interview assessment & Collect all interview/ test results
Digitalize Office
Support in preparing necessary documents for relevant processes
on Tadaa! System.
Attend DO project meetings as an assistant for meeting minutes
Follow up with incidents on the system and work with supplier to fix
it in time.
Getting feedbacks from employees and report to OM and project
team for in time support.
Engagement
Act as a core-person in charge/ coorperate with other teams in
internal/external events included but not limited to preparing
equipments, tools, documents, materials....
General
Overseeing onboarding for new hires and give each new employee
an excellent onboarding experience.
Collaborate across departments and teams to help develop and
ensure the success of all Onboarding preparation (Collecting
personal data, Announcement, IT equipment, welcome package, etc
in need of new hires' inquiries)
Support HRBP in paper works
Digitalize all staff profiles and store the hard copies;
Requirements
Education:
University degree in Administration/ Human Resources Management or relevant field
Technical knowledge skills
Advance level of English and Vietnamese
Committed and honest
Self-motivating personality
4. Payment
Fee per month and other benefits: In accordance with AAV's policy
It includes: PIT, related fee, and insurance
Time of payment: Payment will be made monthly based on actual working day in the first 10 days of
the month upon full submission of approved work reports and timesheet.
