About the Role
The Partnership Trainee will be a vital part of the Partnership team, working closely with funders, partners/consultants and other stakeholders. This role involves managing communication, coordinating meetings and projects, and ensuring smooth operations. Through this traineeship, you will gain valuable experience in client relationship management and organizational skills.
General Description
• Role: Partnership Trainee
• Reports to: Partnership Assistant
• Language: English (Proficient) & Vietnamese
• Working Hours:
• On-site: Saturdays, 9:00-12:30 at ROX Tower, Vincom Nguyễn Chí Thanh, Hanoi
• Remote: Wed-Fri (9:00-16:00 for meetings & deadlines)
Contract duration: minimum of 6 months, including:
first month: probationary period
at the end of the first month: performance review, with either an offer for official traineeship contract or a volunteer certificate
at the end of the third month: performance review, with a possibility of conditional offer for extension or promotion
at the end of the traineeship: performance review, with a possibility of unconditional offer for extension or promotion
Responsibilities
• Be in charge of Partnership communication process including monitoring the Partnership mailbox during working hours
• Maintain and update partner databases and contact lists.
• Coordinate projects with internal and external teams, including organizing meetings with partners and stakeholders.
• Support event planning and logistics for partnership activities including the Experience Day for visitors on Saturday morning.
• Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and other documentation.
Requirements
• University students or recent graduates (law, business, or communications majors preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated team player with a problem-solving attitude.
