With the Plan UK global YHP team during promoting online communication, UK visits or incidental calls
Essential
A degree in Development Studies, Communication, Social Science, or any other relevant qualification;
Demonstrated knowledge in international development tools: program logic, Monitoring, and community
empowerment
Demonstrated experiences in monitoring and evaluation, data management
Experienced in online communication such as designing banners, conducting online communication
events, managing a Fanpage or Facebook
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of gender approach, gender based violence, child rights, and inclusion
Affinity to work with and for young people on improving their health and well-being
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Possess strong organizational, computer, and writing skills
Ability to function efficiently and effectively with little day-to-day supervision
Willingness to travel to programme area on a frequent basis
At least 1-2 years of practical experience in working with government partners and local NGOs
Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving
Desirable
Demonstrated experience in working with children and youth
Knowledge and skills in Programme and financial management
Experience in managing programmes in child protection and gender area
Experience in working in a multi-cultural organisation
