JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: HR Intern (Talent & Culture)
Location: Total Education Campus, Villa B12, Ngoại Giao Đoàn, Hanoi
Report to: HR Manager

The Role: The "Culture Builder"
We are looking for an HR Intern who refuses to be a "paper pusher." You will be the operational engine behind our Discover → Develop → Deliver talent strategy. You will ensure our teachers and staff feel supported, valued, and organized so they can focus on what matters: the students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (The "Discover" Phase)
Post with Purpose: Draft and manage job postings that speak our "Warm, Human, Optimistic" brand voice on recruitment channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Joboko).
Screening with Heart: Assist in screening CVs and scheduling interviews, ensuring every candidate receives a response (Integrity).
Database Management: Maintain our candidate database in Lark/Google Workspace, ensuring data accuracy.
2. Onboarding & Operations (The "Joyful Execution")
The Welcome Experience: Prepare "Welcome Kits" (uniforms, handbooks, devices) for new hires to create a "WOW" Day 1 experience.
Digital Ops: Assist in updating employee records on Lark and tracking leave/attendance data.
Logistics: Support the logistics for training sessions, workshops, and the "Total Educator Academy".
3. Culture & Employee Engagement (The "Heartbeat")
Rituals: Assist in organizing weekly "Friday Wins" and monthly "All Hands Meetings".
Recognition: Help track nominations for the "E.I.E.I.O Spotlight" awards.
Wellbeing: Support the organization of community events, retreats, and "Flex-Bank" hour tracking.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Education: Senior student or fresh graduate (Major in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or English).
The Mindset: You align with our values: Empathy, Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, Ownership. You are ready to "Take initiative, deliver results, and lift others".
The Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent preferred).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Familiarity with Lark or Canva is a big plus.
