A.Authorities Relationship Management:
Prepare annual/ quarterly reports, official dispatch
Support to handle authorities' relationships
Support to organize events/ seminars
B.Communications
Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, articles, speeches, annual reports, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services.
Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews with key person of the bank
Support to prepare materials, logistics for external meetings or conferences
Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on the target audience.
Monitor media coverage and respond ly to any reputational issues or negative publicity
Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.
Support to prepare and manage the organization's communication budget.
C.Other Duties
Administration tasks
To participate in staff training, team meetings and events, as required.
Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Director or Head of Strategy Division
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Time management and organization skills.
Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative thinking with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
