Prepare mise-en-place, dining setup and service stations before operating hours according to hotel standards.
Clean, sort and properly store restaurant equipment, utensils, chinaware, glassware and operating supplies.
Greet guests warmly, escort and seat guests appropriately according to operational standards.
Present menus, explain menu items and provide recommendations when required.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate orders clearly to the Kitchen and Bar teams.
Set up, refill and clear buffet stations according to operational standards.
Assist in In-Room Dining operations including order taking, tray setup and food delivery when required.
Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during service operations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field is preferred.
Previous experience in Restaurants, Hotels or Food & Beverage operations is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Knowledge of Restaurant service standards and basic beverage service.
Understanding of POS systems and cashier handling procedures.
