Job Description
Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Hotel Manager ($2400, ID16169):
Lead and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, marketing and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by ensuring excellent customer service and promptly and effectively handling all guest queries and feedback.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily room rate and revenue (including F&B).
Work closely with the hotel owner to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Monitor and manage the hotel's budget, financial performance and cost controls.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, licensing laws and other legal requirements.
Recruit, train, develop and manage staff performance to maintain a highly motivated and efficient team
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in front office, housekeeping and restaurant services.
Regularly monitor the quality of products and services served to customers.
Work closely with the head chef to improve the quality of food and beverage (F&B), so experience in this field is an advantage but not required.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. Work with the owner (once a month) to guide the business strategy.
Create a positive and friendly working environment, encourage teamwork and employee engagement. Maintain and develop corporate culture.
Requirement
Male/Female, Age: 30-55 years old
Graduate from College with majors in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field .
Have 5 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, at least 2 years working as a Hotel Manager or higher
