Mô tả công việc
Provides a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals.
To meet financial budget by developing new accounts, managing and maintaining existing and potential accounts by visiting, email follow.
Developing and increasing traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels that will improve the overall revenue for the Hotel.
Assist General Manager in evaluating the performance of the Hotel website/Facebook Page and give suggestion on how to promote and improve the presence of the Hotel on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings and keeping the website up to date.
Analyzes the activities of competitor hotels, including their customer base, with the aim of developing and securing new business and providing a market advantage.
Correspond and process reservations with potential customers to sell hotel products from email, hotline, OTA, travel agent, and other sources.
Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as rate position of competitors.
Complete necessary sales documents such as quotations, contracts and email correspondence promptly.
Plan sales calls on weekly basis and submit the plan to General Manager on Friday for the following week.
Prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
Manage all related documents (both hard and soft copy), and maintain customer database accurately to maintain sales records.
Redirect all necessary information of VIP/FIT/group to all departments and maintaining a high standard of communication with all departments.

Yêu cầu
At least 3 year experience within sales in 4-5 star hotel
Good attitude and can work under pressure.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent in spoken and written English
Have a thorough knowledge of all sales channels, hotel and tourism industry
Self-driven, pro-active and dynamic
Word, Excel, Power Point skills are required.
Marketing experience is a plus
Good attitude and can work under pressure.

Attractive salary from 15.000.000 - 25.000.000 VND/month.
Lunch- and parking allowance and other benefits.

Salary is negotiated and bonus scheme is based on ability + service charge.
