Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic HR team at our e-gaming club based in Rex Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in handling administrative tasks, facilitating smooth HR operations, and contributing to positive employee relations. This role requires fluency in English or Korean, a keen eye for detail, and strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and management of HR documents, including employment contracts, company policies, and employee handbooks.
Provide support in recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing job postings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
Assist in coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.
Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with privacy laws.
Support the HR team in managing employee relations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying attendance records, and coordinating with the finance department.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
