Assistant HR Manager / phó phòng nhân sự

 Assist to human resources manager in functional areas of HR included recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, performance management processes, change management, and employment law.
 Assist in leading and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources Department
 Provide Payroll and Benefits with required information for accurate and timely processing of employee information.
 Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
 Maintain a favourable working relationship with all hotels employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.
 Manage manning & salary budget.
 Partner with management teams to recommend employment decisions.
 Ensure compliance with all applicable state and local employment, pay and workplace laws and regulations.
 Conduct recruitment process from sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating the candidates.
 Assist various annual projects like annual salary review, performance appraisal & budgeting.
 Prepare human resources memos, letters, reports.
 Provides clear and effective communication across the Organization.
 Collect and maintain data from employee engagement surveys, exit interviews, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs and supervisory issues.
