Role Summary
This position will be mainly in charge of administrative, secretarial tasks and a part of human
resource assignment for Ha noi office.
Coordinate with HR/Admin HCM - Hai Phong teams for company smooth operation and to
keep teams to be informed and updated timely.
Specific Accountabilities
Compile correspondence, service contracts, and do clerical, receptionist tasks
- Manage and keep track of company assets,
purchasing assets/equipment, if being
required.
- Settle daily, monthly payment for office expenses: rental fees, utilities (electricity, water,
stationery, post, telephone, the internet)
- Process visa, work permit, temporary resident cards for expats
- Settle entertainment reports, booking hotel, air ticket, transport [protected info]
management board and expats.
- Follow up attendance record, overtime, annual leave for Ha noi staffs and send to HCM
office monthly.
- Support and coordinate with HR -
Admin manager in all relevant HR tasks, if assigned
