As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside experienced recruiters, assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This full-time position is designed for individuals eager to explore a career in professional HR and talent acquisition, offering valuable exposure to recruitment strategies and HR practices in a multinational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment team in posting job openings and managing job boards
Assist with candidate sourcing through various platforms (Job portals, social recruitment channels, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Help with candidate communication, offering a seamless experience
Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and data tracking
Participate in onboarding activities and talent acquisition projects
Engage in learning opportunities and contribute to team discussions on recruitment strategies and best practices
Requirements:
Full-time 5 days/week
Fresher/Senior Year Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Good English skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Tech-Savvy or frequent with AI content making tools
Basic skills in video and photo editing software (Canva, Capcut).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in HR or recruitment (internships, volunteer work, etc.) is a plus
