JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
HR Admin provides essential support to the organization's administrative functions. You will assist HR with various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. Besides, you will help convert written or spoken material from one language to another while preserving the original meaning, format, and tone.
Job Responsibilities
Manage office operations and ensure working processes.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Organise, keep track of documents and other administrative duties.
Ensure translated content accurately conveys the original meaning and tone.
Live interpret conversational dialogue from English to Vietnamese.
Generate and manage requisitions for creating purchase orders.
Participate in key initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
Collaborate with team members on special projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Major in Business Administration, Linguistics, Human Resources Management, etc.
- Open for fresh graduates (Minimum 6 months of experience is preferred)
- English requirements: >= IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
- Planning, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
- Eager to learn, on-the-job learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
