Mô tả công việc
HR Function:
1. Build up Organization chart and Departments function follow as BOD's instruction
2. Cooperation with Departments to build up headcount and budget follow as BOD 's instruction and company's strategy
3. Talent Acquisition and make sure supply full manpower for Department. Manage the recruitment and selection process
4. Build up training programs suitable with company's develop orientation. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
5.Performance assess and build career development, promotion for employees
6. Build up and control about benefits and policies follow as Laws. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
7. In charge in time keeping, overtime, salary, insurances, personal income tax, ...
8. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
9. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
10. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
11. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
12. Nurture a positive working environment
13. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
14. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
15. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Administation Function:
1. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
2. Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events.
3. Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
4. Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
5. Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
6. Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working andproperly maintained in safe.
7. Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
8. Monitoring the environment requirements
9. Monitoring the fire requirement.
10. Monitoring security activites
11. Housekeeping general monitoring
12. Expat relevants
13. Receiving and response the letters/ suggestion related to Authorized Government Office
14. Legal documents working with the authorized departments visiting. Follow up the significance issues related to administration.
15. Building layout renovation
16. Team work activities
17. Party organization
18. Working with Relevant Authorised depts

Yêu cầu
- Graduate in Human Resources, business administration or related field with at least 5 years in HR management role
- Well versed with Vietnam labor law, social insurance law, PIT...
- Understand about organization development, company culture and can propose effective model in both short and long term
- Deep knowledge about HR models, performance management and able to implement effectively
- Communication English capability
