Mô tả công việc
HR:
- Oversee all HR matters: Recruitment, Training, C&B, Planning, Manpower Operation, etc.
- Facilitate the workforce planning that supports the business driven strategy
- Ensure completion of individual target setting and performance evaluations
- Drive training and talent management initiatives, include recruitment, election, performance management and carrier development
- Implement initiatives to improve employee work satisfaction.
- Closely work with regional HR for monthly report
- Conduct induction to new joiners
Administration:
- Manage the admin matters: General Administration Support, Procurement, Secure and Hygienic Environment, Compliance Audits
- Overall operation of the Company; plan, organize and implement administrative systems
- Office and facilities management
- Other assignments as requested by Managing Director / Regional HR
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years' experience as an HR/Administration/Office Manager
- Have experience of manage 500 company size
- Good command of English
- Detail-oriented and proven execution abilities.
- Working in a garment company in the same position is one of the advantages.
